Green curry paste is traditionally made with a mortar and pestle. The main ingredients include green chillies, shallots, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime peel, coriander roots, and cumin seeds, white peppercorns, shrimp paste and salt.
Traditionally used with fish, fish balls or meat, together with Thai eggplant, pea eggplant, or other green or whitish vegetables.
Sold both in jar and sachets. On the pictures are shown: 400 g Mae Play jar and Lobo 50 g sachets.
